Source-a-Move has a designated partner management department that focuses entirely on ensuring all our partners are reputable and registered entities, with all the necessary documentation to ensure that you as the customer will get what you pay for.

A.3) Can the transporter meet my required collection and delivery date?

Source-a-Move will always be able to meet your requested collection and delivery date; this is the benefit of dealing with an interconnected move management company and all of its resources.

A.4) Is the pricing I am receiving reasonable and fair within the Removals Market?

Source-a-Move was designed to ensure customers are always fairly charged, ensuring the removals industry as a whole is not frowned upon as it was in the past with overcharging customers outside of the (AMP) Average Market Price.

A.5) Is my furniture insured during transit?

Source-a-Move offers a free GIT (Goods in Transit) insurance cover valued at up to R150 000 with every move within our tier (1) or tier (2) partner bracket. Alternatively, we also offer an (optional) full comprehensive cover insurance, if the customer should prefer this additional service.
